Mark Hemmeter, Founder & CEO

Mark Hemmeter, Founder & CEO

Mark founded Office Evolution in 2003 and serves as CEO. Prior to founding Office Evolution, he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels, casinos, retail stores, and restaurants in Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, California, Mexico and the Caribbean. His passions in business include real estate development, technology, and supporting entrepreneurs. He is an active member of Young President’s Organization/World President’s Organization and has been a member of Urban Land Institute, Vistage, Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the CU Real Estate Council. He loves to explore and so far has visited 44 countries and climbed 17 peaks in Colorado that are 14,000 feet or higher. Originally from Honolulu, Mark graduated the University of Colorado College of Business. He is married and has three daughters.

Emily Larson, Vice President Development

Emily Larson, Senior Director of Operations

Emily joined Office Evolution in October 2008. As the Senior Director of Operations, she oversees all large scale project management, including new facility build-outs and upgrades. Before joining Office Evolution, Emily worked as General Manager of a luxury boutique inn in Boulder. Emily earned a B.A. in French with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Eileen Proctor, Vice President of Revenue Optimization

Eileen Proctor, Marketing and Business Center Development

Eileen joined Office Evolution in June 2014 and is currently responsible for optimizing unit economics and speed to profitability for our business centers across the country. Prior to taking on this key role, she contributed to the company as Senior Director of Franchise Sales & Marketing, Director of Franchise Support, and Business Center Manager for the Aurora franchise location. Eileen’s diverse corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting career has guided start-ups, franchises, and Fortune 100 corporations alike to higher levels of success and competitive differentiation. She is a summa cum laude graduate from the NY Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Her passions include animal welfare, theatre, music, and serving as “mom” to her 6 adopted fur kids.

Holle Janzen, Senior Director of Operations

Holle Janzen, Director of Recruitment and Training

Holle joined Office Evolution in August of 2013. As the Senior Director of Operations, she oversees operations of all Office Evolution business centers and support teams. Her primary focus is the member experience and keeping the company culture on track to be the world’s leading business solution provider. Before becoming Sr. Director of Operations, Holle held other roles at OE including Colorado General Manager and Director of Training and Recruiting. Originally from Michigan, Holle came to Colorado to obtain her B.A from the University of Colorado – Boulder in Ecology and Environmental Biology but stayed for the adventure and great coffee scene.

Jeff Hensiek, Director of Digital Marketing

Jeff Hensiek, Director of Marketing

Jeff joined Office Evolution in November 2014 as the Director of Digital Marketing. With an extensive digital marketing background focusing on franchises, Jeff leads the overall digital marketing direction for the corporate and franchisee locations. Before joining Office Evolution, Jeff led an internet marketing company working exclusively with franchises. His clients included Hunter Douglas, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Carefree Boat Club, DoodyCalls, Gotcha Covered, Cartridge World as well as other franchise & non franchise clients.

Emily Romero, Franchise Development Manager

Emily Romero, Client Care Manager

Emily joined Office Evolution in January 2014. She formerly managed the Client Care Center for over two years before transitioning into the Development Department. She now participates with the Office Evolution Development Team by coordinating and supporting the Franchise Sales Process from lead generation to buildout. Prior to joining OE, she enjoyed varying positions in Food & Beverage management and hospitality, developing her extensive sales and customer service background.

Mike Brower, Controller

Mike joined Office Evolution in April 2017. He oversees all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company. He has over 33 years of experience having worked in the outdoor advertising, insurance, franchise, manufacturing and financial services industries in the capacity of CFO, Director of Finance and Controller. He spent 6 years as the Controller for the restaurant franchisor, Taco John’s International in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He obtained his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
