As a B2B franchise, Office Evolution is geared towards the professional. Members can take advantage of several services designed to give their business a professional edge. Virtual office memberships are month-to-month plans, which provides members the flexibility to adjust their plan as the needs of their business change. This flexibility is prized by members, and is one of the keys to our high retention rate.
Mail and address service. Members use Office Evolution to establish a professional business address where they can securely receive packages. Business Center Managers sort the mail, put it in the client’s locked mailbox, and notify them that a package has arrived. When they retrieve their mail, they are also free to use the co-working space during normal business hours. Mail-only members can also reserve meeting rooms at membership rates, which provides them a professional spot for client meetings.
Phone answering services. This service package includes up to 100 minutes of call management. Our corporate call center answers the phone, screens calls, transfers calls, and can also book appointments and take orders for clients. Members can pay 99 cents a minute for service beyond 100 minutes. They are also free to drop in to use Office Evolution’s co-working business lounge during normal business hours. The phone answering service offers new franchisees a way to build their membership base before they even open.
Business lounge access. Home offices are often full of distractions, and many businesspeople want a place where they can buckle down and get work done. The business lounge plan provides them 24/7 access to the Office Evolution co-working area.
Complete virtual office membership. All of the above, including 24/7 access, plus the right to reserve a private office space when needed.
Certain core area of the Business Center are shared by all Office Evolution members. These include the reception area, a drop-in business lounge that functions as a co-working space, and the kitchen. Each Business Center also includes three conference rooms (large, medium and small), and at least one “Day Office.” These spaces can be rented out on an hourly basis to both Office Evolution members and non-members.
Executive office suites
Members can sign a monthly, 6-month or yearlong agreement for private furnished office space. The pricing is simple — it includes internet service, phone service that includes unlimited domestic long-distance, mail service, kitchen access and coffee, as well as access to a printer, fax machine, and copier. Members also receive $60 per month worth of conference and meeting room rental time, 100 minutes a month of call answering services, and a front office receptionist to greet clients. Office suite members also have 24/7 access to all Office Evolution locations nationwide, with no drop-in fee.
Office Evolution locations host numerous networking events throughout the year. The events foster camaraderie among members and also help them find ways they can work together. The events also give Office Evolution Business Center Managers and franchisees an opportunity to invite potential members to mingle with other entrepreneurs, tour the space, and learn about the services we provide.
