Get Started on the Steps to Office Evolution Ownership
Step 1: Local Meeting
We have Regional Vice Presidents that can meet with you in person to help you learn more about the Office Evolution franchise opportunity.
Step 2: Complete Personal Profile
Complete our simple personal profile to help us learn more about you and your experience.
Step 3: Review Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
We’ll send you our FDD and ask that you review it.
Step 4: Attend Discovery Day
After we review your profile, we may offer you an invitation to come and visit our World Headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL, and tour a few existing Office Evolution locations. This may also be done virtually.
Step 5: Refundable Deposit
You put down a refundable $9,500 deposit.
Step 6: Financial Approval
Our in-house finance team will walk you through all of your financing options.
Step 7: Market Survey and Site Selection
Our real estate team will guide you through the market and site selection process.
Step 8: Franchise Approval
We will provide a development budget, financing, and franchise approval.
Step 9: Sign Franchise Agreement
Sign your franchise agreement and pay the remaining balance of fees owed.
